A) Use of the Site
Intelligence Factory, LLC (“Intelligence Factory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at
semanticdb.ai and other related websites and mobile applications linking to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and all other terms and policies that appear on the Site. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you may not use the Site or our Services.
B) Software Services
Intelligence Factory, LLC provides software development services and solutions. We do not practice any licensed profession and do not interfere with the practice of any licensed profession by professionals, each of whom is responsible for their services and compliance with their profession’s licensing requirements. Intelligence Factory works with organizations to provide better software solutions. Neither Intelligence Factory, LLC, nor any third parties who promote our Services or provide links to our Services, shall be liable for any professional advice you obtain via these Services.
C) Site Content
Content on the Site is not intended to serve as professional advice, nor as an endorsement, representation, or warranty that any software or solution is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. This includes testimonials, examples, and marketing materials. The content is a resource to aid in software solution development for your organization.
D) Privacy
Intelligence Factory, LLC, and its affiliates comply with data privacy and security laws and maintain safeguards to protect your information. The information you provide is legally confidential, with certain exceptions as described in our Privacy Policy. We strive to secure your personal information. As part of the Services, we may send you certain communications, such as service announcements. While secure messaging is preferred, under specific circumstances, unsecure email containing personal information may be used. Intelligence Factory does not guarantee the security of email communications. Service information is stored on secure, encrypted servers. As a client, you may request your information, which Intelligence Factory will obtain from its providers and send directly to you.
E) Prohibited Conduct
You may not access or use the Services to harm us or any third party, interfere with Services operation, or violate any laws. Specifically, you may not:
- Misrepresent your affiliation or the origin of materials you transmit;
- Provide inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content;
- Infringe on the rights of others;
- Reproduce or distribute Site content without permission;
- Engage in unauthorized automated content collection;
- Overload our network;
- Interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to our systems; or
- Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits others’ use of the Services or exposes us to liability.
If you submit any information to us (“User Information”), you agree not to provide any User Information that is false, harmful, infringes on others’ rights, or contains harmful components. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to provide all User Information to Intelligence Factory.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, at any time, without notice.
F) User Accounts
To create an account (“Account”), you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activities under your Account. Intelligence Factory reserves the right to take necessary actions regarding the security of the Site and your Account Information. Intelligence Factory is not liable for any liabilities resulting from your use of the Site, Account Information, or third-party access.
G) Fees and Purchase Terms
Fees for services are outlined in separate agreements. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect when payment is due. Intelligence Factory reserves the right to adjust pricing before billing for initial or future payments. Overdue invoices may incur service charges and interest.
H) Website Links
We are not liable for information, software, or links found on any other websites or their acts or omissions.
I) Ownership
The Site and its contents are owned or licensed by Intelligence Factory, LLC, or other providers. These Terms allow you to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any Site materials without permission.
J) Trademarks
Certain names, logos, and materials on the Site may constitute trademarks of Intelligence Factory or other entities. You are not authorized to use any Marks without written permission. Ownership of all Marks and related goodwill remains with us or other entities.
K) Termination
Service Agreements are typically 12 months, unless specified otherwise. Clients may deactivate their Account and terminate the Service Agreement at any time with 30 days’ notice by emailing support@intelligencefactory.ai. Any scheduled payments within the 30-day notice period will be due. Intelligence Factory may suspend or terminate your use of the Site, Account, or registration for any reason, at any time.
